The Office of Strategic Communication offers a variety of event display options available for faculty and staff to reserve at no charge. All requests must be submitted at least one week prior to your event.

Pop-up backdrop display
Fabric pop-up display that features a lightweight, collapsible aluminum frame with attached fabric featuring the block IOWA logo. The display easily folds down for storage and fits into a soft-sided, wheeled bag for transport.

Table covers
Four-sided table covers that include the block IOWA logo displayed prominently on the front, with the Tigerhawk logo on the side. Table covers feature rounded corners and hang approximately 2 inches above the floor.

Quantity available: a unit may reserve up to two table covers at each size
Retractable banners
Lightweight, retractable vinyl banners that feature the block IOWA logo in two color options. Banners easily pull up and retract back down for compact storage and quick setup during indoor events.

Need giveaways for your event?
A merchandise storefront is available for campus units to bulk order custom-branded gear. The storefront offers a variety of apparel, accessories, and drinkware with preformatted artwork to make it easy to customize with your unit identification. HawkID login is required and accepted payment methods include university Procurement Cards or purchase orders.
