To meet the growing needs of campus and the changing digital landscape, the Office of Strategic Communication will be transitioning the Photoshelter photo and video library to a new platform in the spring of 2025. The new platform, Mediagraph, will offer improved functionality that includes:

• Advanced search and filtering options
• AI integrations
• Increased support for video and audio files
• Searchable video transcriptions
• More robust and customizable access controls
• HIPPA compliance
• Future enhancements include fee-based storage options for units to leverage

Currently, asset migration and workflow documentation are happening to prepare for the transition. Beta testing will follow with the goal of launching the new platform during the spring 2025 semester. Tutorials and live training sessions will be available once the platform is fully online. Additional information will be shared as work progresses.
