The UI Trademark Licensing Office in partnership with the Office of Strategic Communication has transitioned the Internal Use Application and Agreement PDF into Universal Workflow.
The form is part of the licensing review process for internal university units and organizations that produce branded merchandise and apparel with licensed vendors in accordance with UI policy. It enables the Trademark Licensing Office to confirm the intended use, approve trademark usage, and ensure all artwork and orders comply with licensing and brand policy.
Moving the form electronically will streamline the process, improve reporting and tracking, and ensure that records remain accessible into the future.
